If not here are 4 ways that I use to help stay happy & make myself a damn priority. 1.Commit to doing one nice thing for yourself every day. Shit If you want a coffee, tea or a smoothie... go get it. 2. Listen to yourself. That is, listen to how you talk to yourself, negative self-talk can kill your whole vibe for the day. say things like " I am the shit, I can have anything that I want!" 3. Forgive yourself. "Forgiveness is a big part of it," Instead of regretting & looking down on yourself for things that went wrong say " Girl you were just young & dumb let it go!" 4. Accept yourself as you are right now. What I'm saying is accept that belly, them back rolls & scars and love the skin you're in. Feel free to print this out & post this on your wall as a daily reminder that you are an entire vibe & it's time to make SELF happy Periodt.
